All of the smoke chambers are made from heavy
gauge 6061 aluminum pipe and are machined to assure a proper seal of the
end caps. The top cap also has a wooden knob for safe and easy removal.
The air flow control valve is located at the pump. It is configured to
prevent back pressure to the pump and gives you better control of air
flow. The units can be fitted on thin walled smokers or by turning the
outlet tube around. It can be fitted to thicker wall smokers such as a
refrigerator style smokers up to 4” These units work great for hot or cold
smoking. You provide the heat and the meat It will provide the
smoke
