About the cold Smoker
 The Smoke Daddy cold smoker can be used on your BBQ grill to turn it into a smoker.
Also they work out great for providing smoke to your homemade smoker.
After being loaded with
wood smoking fuel just light from the bottom with a propane torch and
attach the end cap which is fitted with a small aquarium pump. (Pump included)
Smoking time varies by size of smoker.
The generator does not produce heat but only provides smoke. Perfect
for smoking meats, cheese, fish or for smoking at temperatures below 100°
. Just adjust your heat with your propane burner or electric hot
plate.
A new, inexpensive garbage can works well for making a smoker. The unit
will be shipped with operating
instructions. The unit is made from aluminum.
There are no expensive cartridges to buy- you can
use pellets, wood chips or wooden material of your choice. We also offer high quality, 100% Hardwood Smoking Pellets.
There are
no moving parts to wear out! The smokers are made from SCH 40 6061 precision machined aluminum for a proper seal and
long life.
You can easily attach it to your smoker by drilling a 1/2", 11/16" or 3/4" hole and inserting
the outlet tube into your smoker. To light it, remove the end cap and fill
the smoke chamber with your favorite wood chunks,chips/pellets. Then light it
from the bottom with a small propane torch or you can also use a match and
a crushed piece of charcoal. Place the end cap back on with air pump
running and you’re smokin'.
All of Smoke Daddy’s can be refilled at any time during the smoking time with out relighting and will not raise the temperature of your smoker great for cold or hot smoking.

favorite wood chips/chunks, or buy ours when ordering for a perfect smoking experience! All of the Smoke Daddy’s can be refilled at any
time during the smoking process without having to relight it or open
your smoker. They are designed with the smoke outlet tube above the
fuel source to prevent clogging and have a removable end cap for
easy lighting. It also has plenty of room for ash and is designed so
not to interfere with air flow. The BIG KAHUNA holds 3 cups of fuel and will smoke for up to five hours on a
single load. Great for overnight smoking, and provides plenty of
smoke for the larger smokers. You can easily attach it to your smoker by
drilling a 5/8 hole and inserting the outlet tube into your smoker.
To light it, remove the end cap and fill the smoke chamber
with your favorite wood chunks,chips/pellets. Then light it from the bottom
with a small propane torch or you can also use a match and a crushed
piece of charcoal. Place the end cap back on with air pump running
and you’re smokin'!
The air Pump Option is an Elite 803 Air Pump 3500 cc/ minute 4.0 P.S.I. 3.5 Watts/ hour which provides the air to use with wood chips and chunks of wood.

You can use small wood chips or smoking pellets in
the 8" large Smoke Daddy. No expensive cartridges to buy - just use your
favorite wood chips/pellets. Or, order a pack (Or two) of smoking pellets. We offer Hickory, Oak, Apple, Cherry, and Mesquite flavor. In the order page, plase leave a note for what kind of flavor you would like, otherwise Hickory will be sent! All of the Smoke Daddy’s can be refilled at any
time during the smoking process without having to relight it or open
